At Decora Furniture, we
strive to offer a seamless and reliable shipping experience. Please
review our shipping policy for details on how we handle orders, delivery
times, and issues during transit.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed
within 1-7 business days after payment is received. Once your order has
been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping
details and a tracking number. Please note that orders are processed
Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Certain made to order
items will likely take longer to process.

Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with a
range of trusted carriers, to ensure that your items are delivered
safely and on time. Depending on the item and delivery location, your
order may ship from one of several locations. 

Shipping Times
We use express shipping for all of
our products. Delivery times vary depending on the product, your
location and time of year. At the checkout, you will be shown the
estimated express shipping time to your location for your chosen
product. 

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you
will receive tracking details via email. You can use the provided
tracking number to monitor your order’s status. If you're unable to
track your item or have any concerns, please contact us directly, and we
will promptly assist you by enquiring with the carrier.

Shipping Costs
We will absorb all initial shipping costs.

International Shipping
We offer international
shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipments
may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the
responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any customs
delays or additional charges imposed by your local customs authorities.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we strive to
ensure timely delivery, there may be rare occasions when an order is
delayed or lost during transit. If your order has not arrived within the
estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will work with the
carrier to locate your package or arrange a suitable resolution.

Damaged Shipments
We do our best to ensure your
items are well-protected during transit. However, if your item arrives
damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for guidance on how to report and return damaged goods. Be sure to notify us within 30 days of receiving the damaged item.
